I  like the primal element of straight up strangulation holds during a submission wrestling match. It's not something you'll see in most other videos out there, but for me its the most honest, direct, and challenging way to go about securing a submission hold from your opponent.

Nat Pendleton (1895-1967) was a wrestler and movie actor who appeared in over 100 films, including two Marx Brothers movies. He was also inducted into the Iowa Wrestling Hall of Fame.
