Gaz was a lot to handle on the mat--he was a strong striker and his legs were really powerful too. Watch our fights HERE.

By decree of Krush the Wrestler, it's International Head Scissor Week. And to celebrate, Krush will be sharing photos, gifs, and video clips showcasing this classic submission wrestling hold. Be sure to check the KRUSH BLOG every day for the next 7 days to help honor and commemorate this all important holiday.
I wrestled with Callum three days ago--thanks to all of my sponsors who helped with the production of this video shoot. It's one hour of solid submission fighting with lots of cheap shots and low blows. Really awesome and rough, I'd gladly take him on again next time he's in New York from Manchester. Watch the whole video HERE.
Here's a visual breakdown of a training session I had with one of my regular wrestling buddies around 2005. A few of us used to meet once a week and have some intense submission bouts.
I met two German guys at a bar recently--they were here for a work trip and we started chatting about MMA, submission wrestling, and their training in Judo and Brazilian jiu jitsu. After a few beers we decided to take it back to my place and practice some choke holds and actual submission matches. This is the bigger of the two--he said I'd never be able to choke him out to tap, and that he'd never been put out before. The rear naked choke challenge didn't work out so well for this guy. He passed out for the first time ever from a choke hold. Compliments of Krush.
Buck is a beefy dude and not so easy to manipulate on the mat. When we'd first wrestled a few years back, he was tough but manageable enough to break down and submit with a minimum of effort. This time around, not so easy. Watch this incredible video here.
Definitely one of my favorite fights. Watch the rest HERE
